Russ Akinin is the founder and lead agent of The Akinin Team at Keller Williams, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Born in Russia, he emigrated to the Lancaster area with his family in 1989 at just three years old. Growing up as one of eight children in a hardworking immigrant family, Russ developed a strong work ethic early on.

After 12 years in the construction industry, he transitioned into real estate in 2012. Today, he is a top-producing, knowledgeable agent with a deep passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Russ is happily married to Mrs. Beautiful and a proud father of two wonderful daughters and a handsome son. Beyond real estate, he is a man of faith, an avid soccer and golf enthusiast, and a classic American muscle car aficionado—especially when it comes to the 1965 Shelby Cobra!
